Appointments

All appointments require a referral from your GP. We review every referral before booking, then contact you to arrange a time.

See your GP

Ask your GP for a referral to Bush Capital Paediatrics. The referral helps us understand your child's needs before the first visit.

2

Send us the referral

By email, by fax to 02 6251 6255, or deliver it directly to the practice at Suite 5, Calvary Clinic, Bruce.

3

We'll contact you

We review each referral, then get in touch to arrange your child's appointment. For ADHD referrals, we may send questionnaires to complete beforehand.

What to bring

The more we know about your child, the more useful the first appointment will be. Bring whatever applies:

  • Your GP referral
  • Child health records, where relevant
  • Relevant investigation or test results
  • School reports
  • NAPLAN results, where relevant
  • Letters or reports from previous specialists
